About Us

Lily and Elisa first worked together as feeding and swallowing specialists in local public schools from October 2020 through June 2021. In 2021, Lily began a PhD program to gain perspectives on system level issues impacting outcomes for children with PFD. Meanwhile, Elisa developed the school feeding team into a robust and successful model, expanding across ages and diagnoses to provide teacher and family support. Elisa and Lily reconnected in 2025 when Lily returned to the Portland area to accept an Assistant Professor position at a local university, where she is the pediatric faculty in the Occupational Therapy department.
